I have been with Erie for about 20 years. They have supported me when I was at very, very vulnerable times. Having a car stolen, having an apartment flooded, and after being in car accidents. Their staff has always been very reassuring and first-class. When I was first introduced to Erie by a friend, I never had heard of them. Now, I welcome the fact that they keep themselves under the radar. They don’t go for funny commercials. They just take care of their customers. Whenever I have had a question, I have gotten factual information. Erie has always worked with me and not in their best interest. In one conversation with Terri, I learned more about insurance than I had in many, many years. Even though I live about 80 miles away from the office, I still feel safe and comfortable knowing they have our family’s backs. Cheers, George Rubenstein

Always helpful in every way. Staff recognizes me by name and makes me feel like they are thankful I am a customer. I was truly surprised when I got my refund check for the quarantine time. So thoughtful for an insurance that thinks of it’s clients first. Thank you Eric team :-)

It seems that everyone at your office is friendly, available, and willing to answer questions whenever I call. I feel your rates are competitive and I’m always receiving some type of communication from the office, whether it’s a flyer with suggestions on how to make sure I’m aware of insurance-related issues and tips from around the globe….or just a questionnaire form to ensure I’m getting the best coverage for my money.
