We’ve been a customer since 1992. The office is always very responsive to questions and requests. Often go beyond answering the initial question, and dig deeper, review policy details to make sure the question is completely answered. Very comfortable, personable, yet professional interaction. One outstanding example of service: The insurance co. wanted to drop our coverage at one point. Greg said “hold on a minute”, and went to bat for us, and resolved it to our benefit. Another: Greg came to our home to make a video of our belongings, so we had a record of the contents should we ever lose our home. No charge. They go way beyond what is expected.
