One of the things missing today with so many companies is customer service…well Erie (specifically the Greg Suggs team in Raleigh, NC) is number one in customer service, period. We’ve been a customer since 1992. The office is always very responsive to questions and requests. Often go beyond answering the initial question, and dig deeper, review policy details to make sure the question is completely answered. Very personable, yet professional interaction. And they were there to support us when we needed help.

Great customer service! When you send your notifications on the days your office will be closed, you always give us an emergency contact.

We have worked with Greg for many years; personal/business cars, personal home, 6 investment properties, business liability, renters insurance for our customers, you name it. I think the thing I have appreciated most is his willingness to help me ‘shop’ insurance. On occasion, things happen that make particular existing policies seem to increase excessively. Greg and team have always found a comparable solution at an acceptable price. I recommend him to family, friends, and customers on a regular basis without hesitation.
