It seems that everyone at your office is friendly, available, and willing to answer questions whenever I call. I feel your rates are competitive and I’m always receiving some type of communication from the office, whether it’s a flyer with suggestions on how to make sure I’m aware of insurance-related issues and tips from around the globe….or just a questionnaire form to ensure I’m getting the best coverage for my money. I’ve been with Gregg Suggs Insurance Agency for years and don’t feel that I need to shop around for a better fit elsewhere. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Suggs Insurance Agency to anyone!

Best place to inquire for an insurance policy, great customer service and very professional. I was very pleased! The agent I spoke with was very cordial, informative on what plans they had to offer and was helpful in helping me to find the right policy that was suitable to my needs and affordable, I saved over a $100.00 from my previous insurance company.

I am so thankful for Terri’s help- my husband and I were trying to purchase a house and we were going through a different insurance agency (Nationwide) when we learned that our loan officer required a higher coverage for the dwelling insurance. We contacted Nationwide thinking it would be no issue to request more coverage, but they refused to help us and we immediately started to panic as our loan officer was expecting all this paperwork by noon (only a few hours from when we learned of the necessity). We immediately started contacting other insurance agencies, and while many were able to take our call, they were not able to help us in such an amazing time-dependent manner as Terri did. She saved us and the dream house we so badly wanted- we’re all moved in now thanks to the help of Terri! Not to mention the premium was more affordable than Nationwide anyway! I’m super pleased with their customer service, quick turnaround time, excellent pricing, and I now plan to switch my auto insurance to be bundled with our homeowner’s policy for an even deeper discount. I have been with Erie for about 20 years. They have supported me when I was at very, very vulnerable times. Having a car stolen, having an apartment flooded, and after being in car accidents. Their staff has always been very reassuring and first-class. When I was first introduced to Erie by a friend, I never had heard of them. Now, I welcome the fact that they keep themselves under the radar. They don’t go for funny commercials. They just take care of their customers. Whenever I have had a question, I have gotten factual information. Erie has always worked with me and not in their best interest. In one conversation with Terri, I learned more about insurance than I had in many, many years.
