If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Terri is a gem. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and a sweetheart. Their rates here are like none other and she made sure to include the additional add-ons like rental, towing, etc that we wanted with our policy. We were able to get the lowest policy that we have ever had from any carrier for multiple vehicles with G. Suggs Ins. I called on a whim just shopping around and I am so glad that I did. She didn’t have to call me back later with the quote as some others did, she was able to provide the quote right there on the call. I was able to do this all on a quick 15-minute work break. A seamless process to sign up and quick. Highly recommended this company! Terri keeps being awesome! You deserve several raises because the service you provided is so rare these days.
