We’ve been a customer since 1992. The office is always very responsive to questions and requests. Often go beyond answering the initial question, and dig deeper, review policy details to make sure the question is completely answered. Very personable, yet professional interaction. And they were there to support us when we needed help.

I have been a customer for 25+ years and am thrilled with your service! Suggs Insurance is excellent at communicating. You let your customers know when your office hours change (holiday closings) and when we need to review/update our coverage. The policies are mailed out in an easy to read and understand format, and they’re mailed out prior to the actual bill arriving so that if we have changes that need to be made, it’s an easy, stress-free fix.

If you want reasonable rates and great customer service, call Erie. I have been with them for 16 years and will never switch…
