Every staff member is always willing to help! Plus you can not beat the prices for the insurance coverage I receive. Hopefully one day I will convenience Erie to expand this great service to other states like Texas!

I have had my home and auto covered by Suggs insurance group for many years. Terri has always been a pleasure to work with, and is always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Suggs insurance to anyone wanting a secure company that will meet all their insurance needs.

My husband and I were moving to Raleigh from another state. Terri responded quickly to my online information request. She followed up on the day that I mentioned would be most convenient for me. Terri accommodated my schedule for an in person appointment. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made changing all of our insurance policies to North Carolina policies easy. Super appreciated it!
